User Guides Fraud item list, check before you purchase any 2nd hand product

Dear all,
Please check the following website/list for fraud items. This list is created by a few sellers (many more sellers' data will be updated regularly) who sell at online platforms like amazon. There were many buyers online who purchase costly items and at the time of return, they return the wrong items. This list is also shared with vendor companies like ASUS, AMD, Corsair, etc. In the coming few months, they will start to remove the warranty of these items. So, please share this website/list with your friends and colleagues, so that they can purchase safely.

As already explained, Amazon doesn't seem to take action if the product value is small like in the few thousands. A gaming mouse which I ordered came in torn package. I reported to Amazon which assured me that it will be delivered by another staff but the same guy came to deliver the new package to replace the old one.
As for who does what no one knows or have concise proof (you think Amazon won't take action if they knew that an employee was intentionally hurting the reputation of the company?) so might as well drop it.
I have heard Amazon employees/delivery team are involved in these frauds also.
A few years ago the police in my city arrested a Blue Dart employee who had been tampering with packages for products worth over lacs in total. The main items were smartphones. This is the only one that I personally know of.

He said Amazon gives back 60-70% of the total product value.
Where did he mention that? Sorry I must have missed it.
Edit- Got it

@Prosenjit
Sir suppose some buyer or delivery person stole a processor/gpu or whatever. Then is it possible that the oem of that product tracks back that product through MS or whatever os that person or the person to whom it was sold to is using? This can help stop these kinda things.

Sir can't they track phones or disable them via imei number?

Every major Brand like ASUS, Corsair, and AMD are taking data from sellers and eCommerce platforms (amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to block the warranty for fraudulent items.

That is great sir but can't these oem's track those people somehow? Say a person took out a mobo with serial number 1234, then can they ask for coordination from MS to know which device or where is that mobo being used?

It's quite difficult but possible if OEM wants. It's only possible for mobile device for now as all the communication for a mobile device need pre-validation with IMEI number.

I heard when people buy from amazon and return the goods, they keep all the accessories part and only return the main item.
How come amazon accepts such partial stuff? Why they do not insist on every accessory material to be return? How does amazon is OK with this or manages?

A friend of mine returned a dinner set of 24 pieces as two plates were cracked. But his refund was held citing that they received only an empty box. He had to fight for his refund. These delivery guys also cannot be trusted, I am not saying all but majority of them.

Saw this post on FB. Usually we only hear how buyers get ripped off. It happens the other way too :sorry:

Let me argue this from another angle. How does a buyer prove he returned everything ?

All a photo will do is prove everything was received. Not necessarily what was returned.

Unless the delivery guy that comes for the pickup has a check list and signs off that the buyer indeed did return everything.

Great initiative. Tip For the buyers: if it's too good to be true, well it isn't.

I'd like to share one experience, I ordered one electronic item which was more than half of the MRP and what the other sellers were offering. at first they kept on delaying to send the order. Afterwards the seller sends me a coupon in an envelope for my patience. The tracking ID of the coupon is updated in the portal as the electronic product. When the courier guy came, fortunately i was at home, i saw an envelope instead of a box. I got suspicious and refused to accept it. And then initiated a refund.

Now whole data is uploaded on a google sheet by a few sellers dealing with high-value products. We are looking for a developer who can make a basic website for this.
Day by day, this list will be long and users have to scroll to find his the product serial number is fake or not. We need a basic menu for categories and a search field that can search user product serial numbers. If the serial number matches with any uploaded data, the user will get a fake product's original invoice date and buyer name (if required). If the serial number is not matched with any of the uploaded data, it will show, that your product serial number is genuine.
We also want other sellers to be part of this, they can upload their fraudulent details with proper evidence. That way we can minimize a few percentages of fraudulent transactions.

Sir my friend ordered a processor, the packet was like half open from one side. He told the delivery person that he is calling the police then he apologized and admitted that he took it out and put in a plastic packet in place of it. He also took out the fan and placed a broken fan which he got from some kabadivala. Then he started crying and the usual mere ghar pe problem hai started. He let him go after he cancelled the delivery in front of him. My friend reported it to Amazon but the same delivery person is still working there.

I ordered some G.Skill RAM on Amazon a few weeks back. Im posting this incase there is a repeat of the same item being sold on Amazon.
This was from a big supplier but was fulfilled by Amazon.

This is what showed up. I got my refund but this is a big problem. So far this has happened twice once with another 5600X CPU I ordered and was sent a scrap hard drive.

Was that from the same seller? Also Did you get in contact with Amazon team for this?

There was a detailed complaint when I requested the refund / replacement. No one contacted me from Amazon
and a replacement was not available so I settled for the refund and did not take it further.

I actually ordered two sets of G.Skill kits from the same seller who are among the biggest on Amazon.
One kit was 2X16GB the other 2X8GB. The 2X8GB G.SKill kit was 100 genuine.

I was upset to to lose out on the 2X16GB G.Skill kit because it was 35% off. (coupon)

Has the order was fulfilled by Amazon which I believe they managed the stock from an Amazon warehouse, blame won't go to the seller.
I dont think the seller was at fault. Has I have order well over 100 items from this seller and had no issues with products not being genuine until now.

The 5600X was from a completely different seller, I believe they were removed by Amazon for selling fake products.

Sir what is the name of the seller and this item is a replacement only then how did they process the refund? Person who came for pickup didn't create any issue?
