Free ebay Tee on first purchase [ no minimum purchase required ]

When I try to use the codes, it says "Sorry, the gift voucher / promotion code MYEBAYTM01 cannot be used as you do not meet the coupon eligibility criteria Congratulations you have redeemed your Free eBay T-Shirt Size- (M). Please try another voucher / promotion code or continue with your payment"

Does it mean that I will get the T-Shirt???
 
i too am awaiting the free tee...any confirmation to anyone that the free t will be shipped soon??? I spoke to the ebay reps and they said that it will take 45 working days!!!!
 
This is what I received today in email.

"Hi,
You will receive your eBay Tee within 45 days from date of transaction.

Re.1 was a discount coupon to confirm your eligibility in the promotion. In addition, you will receive your Tee separately and not with the product you ordered from eBay.in

Incase you have any further questions do write to us at inpromotions@ebay.com

Even i got that email, though i have already received the refund for re 1 purchase made on ebay :P

waiting for them to refund my precious Re. 1/- ;)
 
i got those two mails but the worst part is they have not said anything except within 45 days of transaction

i am going home on 29th and will be back to college on jul 20. Summer Holidays hostels will be shut..

will it go back to Ebay??? my one rupee :'(
 
Does any one know a good lawyer so that I can get my Rs.1/- back from Ebay??? I will give 50% of the total amount that I receive from ebay as his fee's. :P
Btw , I received my 2nd t's email.

My personal recommendation is our neha ;), he might even do it for FREE

As a lot of people have invested their hard earned Rs. 1/-, I think we should file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the Mumbai High Court!! :lol:

And I am not a lawyer (yet) and don't want any fees... Once the PIL is decided in our favor, you can gift me an underwear!! :P

One of my purchases got a refund and still I got the Tee mail!! :D
