Guys, anyone have ideas about this sites Customer service. I tried 100rs recharge and though I got confirmations, recharge is still pending. I have raised a ticket but wud like to know what kind of hoops do they make us jump through.
Got a reply from them that it was a technical issue and have raised to telecom operator. It will take 1-2 days for their reply and then they will issue the refund once confirmed. So I guess nothing to do except wait for sometime.
Amazing thing is: They issued a refund exactly at the same time I raised a service request. 7 days for issuing a refund and then credit will take another 3-7 days. 10-14 days for a refund, pathetic website. Thankfully loss is not much but I wont be using them ever again.
Well they dint really refund me. I had to post on their FB wall. Once again they told me 7 days for refund (on top of already 7 gone). Finally got the refund after 15 days of recharge. This is some service to customers.
Once I had failed recharge of amount 110rs with freecharge.in, refund almost took one & half month without any followup's. Being a tiny amount I was not worried at all.
