Guys, anyone have ideas about this sites Customer service. I tried 100rs recharge and though I got confirmations, recharge is still pending. I have raised a ticket but wud like to know what kind of hoops do they make us jump through.

They are good, don't worry. They will respond within soon and your money will also be refunded, if something is wrong.

It may take some time for the recharge, I did one a month and half back, it took almost 3 hours for the recharge to come.

Got a reply from them that it was a technical issue and have raised to telecom operator. It will take 1-2 days for their reply and then they will issue the refund once confirmed. So I guess nothing to do except wait for sometime.

Been 7 working days and yet to see a refund. Goes to show Indian sites are not really reliable when it comes to refunds.

I got a refund from Freecharge within the stipulated time, call them, there must be some issue.

Amazing thing is: They issued a refund exactly at the same time I raised a service request. 7 days for issuing a refund and then credit will take another 3-7 days. 10-14 days for a refund, pathetic website. Thankfully loss is not much but I wont be using them ever again.

Don't worry, they will do a recharge or refund the money. It happened to me couple of times.

Well they dint really refund me. I had to post on their FB wall. Once again they told me 7 days for refund (on top of already 7 gone). Finally got the refund after 15 days of recharge. This is some service to customers.

Hey dont worry. From my personal experience, I had once recharged for 125rs. I got the balance immediately

Freecharge is good. Didn't have any issues with them. If the ticket doesn't work, try sending them a mail or call them up.

Once I had failed recharge of amount 110rs with freecharge.in, refund almost took one & half month without any followup's. Being a tiny amount I was not worried at all.
