After long search, i ended up buying SUD 701,
but i came across few issues in instillation.

1) I don't have power plug in vicinity , so i am going with 20A extension code (5mts) is it fine?

2) My water tap is far away, (except in kitchen)
I need an extension cord or longer water inlet tube, where to get it from?

3) I will need a stand, wirlpool guy is quoting 1000 for it and 800 for descaling chemical..
Should i get it or some cheapo option available?
If available where will i get it?

congrats :)how much did it cost.

1 yes u can use it,but make sure you connect it to a 15a socket, the regular 5a socket cannot take that load if u switch on the cycles with highher temperature,if u just choose a cold wash cycle ,then u can connect it to a regular 5A socket, with just a 5A to 15A conversion plug.

2 not sure where u get them.

3 the price of the stand is the same every where,i believe some local ones are available for about Rs800.

i choose the permenant solution which uses a water softner, costed about Rs2k.so for so good no salt formation visible in the pump.

hey..

Got a quick question..

What if there is a power cut, Can I still open the lid? Ie, emergency opening? Or say like if I have put in all the clothes, and suddenly find one more.. can't just open and chuck it in as a top loader right? if will have to drain, open add, fill again?

You can drain it maualy, bu opening bottom tab, and rotating a knob.

you you want to continue where u stopped just leave it as such , machine rem where it stopped last.

adder, i got a lg direct drive(f1056ldp) for 24k . works fine with hot water option. with cold water option white cloths turn dull, but dirts are removed. what hinders me is lg is importing this model from china. will the quality be good /comparable.

Have you considered Samsung Front Loaders? I got one 6.5Kg model with builtin dryer for 32K cash here in Mumbai. the ones without a dryer cost about 25K.

Its been here for about 1.5 years and doing good. Its superquite. I was originally considering only IFB but the build quality was not good. Even the"glass" on the front door is actually plastic. So I dropped it and went for Samsung.

can you give me model of this samsung? how is the wash and drying time. is it noisy during drying.

Any suggestions on top loading washing machines? will prefer Samsung or IFB in the price range of 14-16k.
