People are selling their 6600gt without any warranty for more than 4k.
I think that 3000 +shipping which amounts to 3250 is fully justified for 9800 pro which is very close to 6600gt in performance.
The base price that my friend needs is 3000.
Hence in shipping the prices may be negotiable if u live in or near to mumbai.:)

i live in navi mumbai..seawooods (nerul)...so will u give..it to me for 3000 bucks ??
 
sorrry..dude..i am not getting u r card..as i am getting a gainward 6600 gt golden sample edition with 2 (+2mnths)yrs warranty..for only 4000 bucks..tht too shipped !!
