My 10 day old audiophile USB is up for sale. My speakers deserve something even better so getting a Zhaolu D2.0 DAC with a CS4398 chip. Folks who were at my home heard it and can comment. It has an integrated headphone amp that can drive my high impedance 300ohm Sennheiser HD580 so it should be able to drive normal headphones to insane volume levels.
