Most of the regulars here would perhaps know that unlike most of the other forum members, I am not much of a gamer...rather more of a casual gamer who is happy with an ocasional frag fest on UT 2K4 or a racing spree on Burnout (or NFS-MW of late)
Here is my game completion timeline so far:
River Raid: 1988- Atari
Super Mario Bros: 1991- NES
Super Mario Bros 2: 1994: NES
----Long gap-----
007- Everything or Nothing: 2004: PS2
Super Mario Bros 3: 2005 : Symbian phone emulator
So till 2006, there was not a single PC game I had completed...Usually due to the fact that I have a short attention span, and tend to get bored after while, and leave the game midway ....Additionally, FPS games tend to give me a headache within 30-40 mins or so :ashamed:
However, I was recently suggested Dreamfall-TLJ by a colleague, and I was totally blown away...So much so that Dreamfall is the first game on a PC I have completed....
Additona to time line
Dreamfall, the longest journey: 2006: PC:hap2:
But now that it is complete, what next?
I am currently playing the original 1999 release, The Longest Journey, which though an excellent game has kind of lost part of its appeal, because of the kinda funny looking GFX, and the fact that having completed the sequel first is proving to be a spoiler
Now that I have finished my story, I hope the seasoned gamers around whould have got a basic idea of what I am looking for.....Please pour in your suggestion as to what PC game should I try out next
