PC Peripherals gamepad query

but the ebay link switch gave isnt usb. is it a different model or are there 2 different versions?
 
Get this app, JoyToKey.
Allows one to bind mouse/keyboard keys to gamepad buttons.
Even mouse input can be redirected to the analog controllers effectviely allowing to play any game with a pad, even if they lack native support.
 
Can anyone tell me, Is that thing available in any retail store in Kolkata ??i'v been searching madly 4 a gamepad but most people havn't even heard the nem of twin shock gamepad !!
