Dude, just double check that you connected the extra 4 or 6 pin power connector at the top of the motherboard (apart from the standard 24 pin)

I hve checked dat it dintt worked....
bt gud news is.. motherboard replaced hand to hand \m/ . . . will check it today evening...

But, how did you get an instant replacement for an old motherboard??

Finally... I got it fixed yesterday.. the problem wz with motherboard only.. I took the whole CPU to NP (Computer Empire).. their they diagnosed and find the problem.. I went to gigabyte was in next building only.. they replaced it again.. :D..
and I received a new Processor also :P

So thanks every1 for ur valuable suggestions.. really appreciated..
