graphics wise its bad and game play isnt too good either

Well. That sucks then. So should I skip it?

I mean I started playing Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition. I think Witcher 2 would be far better (although I played the original release last year) than this going by what you're saying.

Also, any idea about Dark Souls and Spider Man?

I am in my 6th run of The Witcher 2, and I am still enjoying the same quests, characters, location as much as I did on the first run.

Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition, will not release before September in India; all over the world it releases some time in mid -->late August. No idea on Spider Man and not to interested in it.

you can surely skip it .... this is the kind of game when you have nothing good to play then you can have some time pass with it

Just completed mission 4. So far the game is entertaining. Sadly, the game is meant for co-op, because it becomes too easy to kill the enemies with AI controlled team mates. Imagine the adrenaline flowing through you while co-coordinating a sync shot with friends. You'll have to go crazy over the head phone. :D Graphics wise, the game looks good-ish, although most of the textures look ported even when I maxed out everything. But some other meshes like the ghost team look amazingly well detailed. Combat feel good, its a different feeling compared to most shooters. Will finish this tomorrow, hopefully.

Done with the game. Had a good time, amidst the poor performance issues. The last 3 chapters were completely action packed. People hoping to try this on low to medium end systems, be prepared to drop the settings down or don't get it at all. Those who have a choice for getting the console version, do it. The game is not bad at all. It's quite entertaining and it could be best enjoyed in co-op as well.

I had tried all the available patches; V1.01 (day-one patch) and V1.02. The funny thing is, people are complaining, these two patches broke the games performance, rather than fixing it. :P

In mission "Valiant Hammer", the graphic is really well detailed. Almost reminds me of BF3's flora and fauna. And the game gets really challenging as well....tactically. Now, I gotta rescue a VIP without my squad in "Gallant Thief". This is getting better by the mission.

EDIT: Finished the game today. Gameplay was really nice, despite the fact that the game is poorly coded.

Started the game today. Liking it so far, sticking to stealth as far as possible. The UAV is such a saver for scouting and tagging enemies, keeps the enemy take-downs so much more neater. :)

Finished this game just now. Awesome game, wish the game was not poorly optimized, I was getting very low fps in the last mission(13-14avg with no patches installed).
It was 26-27fps avg in most levels. I have MSI 560gtx non ti. Will definitely replay if some new patch fixes the bad performance issue.

Started the game yesterday evening and completed 4 chapters in a single sitting. I cannot believe 5 years has passed by since I've played GRAW 2. Time sure flies pretty darn quick! :P

As for the game, I loved the squad micromanagement techniques in this one over the past versions which were a bit complex and not so noob-friendly. But I did run into a few occasions when the squad mates wouldn't fire with perfect sync. and the cover is blown forcing the game to restart from the last checkpoint. Not a biggie IMO.

In-game visuals are pretty decent (cutscenes were however bad and noticed some heavy pixelation) and I was getting a consistent 60 fps with all the options maxed out in Dx 11 (haven't applied any patches), but those dreaded black bars are present for displays using the 16:10 aspect ratio. I wonder when Ubi will ever learn! This has been the case right from the very first Assassin's Creed. Really pathetic of these guys to not work on such a trivial issue. :(

Btw for those who're still having issues with the frame rates, there is an option to turn off the Dx 11 mode from the menu. Might be worth a shot. None of the settings can however be changed during the course of the playthrough.

Atleast here DX 11 has nothing to do with it. keeping ambient occulsion off might help.Me too getting decent fps till now kept ambient occulsion & vsync off rest all on.Though sometimes(rarely) the fps takes a dip.

For others it maybe problem with nvidia drivers.

I may be wrong too its just an assumption.

Completed the game a few minutes back. Enjoyed the good solid stealth based gameplay here and the team members really perform to the T. I mainly let them do the mass of the killing while I merrily scouted the area's, tagging targets with the UAV drone. It was particulary a treat to watch the team mates stack up behind cover, acquire tagged targets and accurately pull of Sync shots to clear enemy forces. The sheer joy of following patrol routes of enemy guards, tagging them and then having your men to snipe them in the apt time was very, very satisfying.

My favorite level was 'Gallant Thief'. Mainly because the true essence of being a GHOST comes out in this level. Absolute stealth, hardly any kills, and keeping it spanking clean with no messy shootouts... blooming loved this level. :ohyeah:

This game, due to its stealth capabilities, feels too easy. And except for the graphics, I am getting bored to kill those guys too easily.

Having no issues to run it maxed out (vysnc on). 40 to 55 FPS . Would have to check the last level for FPS drop.

Completed 2 more missions yesterday and boy I was completely overwhelmed with the prowess of the War Hound. I think my player barely fired a few rounds and the rest were completely taken care of by the War Hound's mortars and guided missiles. In fact, i was able to unlock all the achievements related to the War Hound for that mission. Even the next mission in the plane hangar was good and involved a lot of stealth.

This game, due to its stealth capabilities, feels too easy.

Generally tends to be the other way round. i.e. hard for most of them because of the stealth! Guess we are talking to the Hitman! :P
