Urgent Update:
here's what happened..
I went to dtdc, and as soon as they seen the package they said, "dont send it".
The guy sitting there was telling me that, when such things are shipped they are rechecked at the airport.
It is possible that they reject it there, and may not even receive it back. I tried to convince them, but then he said that i should write a declaration that,
incase of loss of package they are dont responsible.
He even said that people remove the product and replace it with something else at times. They have come to the level of removing sweets(methai's) from a mithai box.
He wasn't totally reluctant to take it, but he convinced me that its highly possible for such a product to be misplaced and that I shouldn't take a risk.
He suggested Bluedart and DHL. (bluedart ships at 230 :S )
My next stop was TNT. Those guys are ready to ship it @ 180.
Only that they dont ship to Bangalore.
So i need a confirmation from all if its ok to ship via TNT@180?
which i dont think is too much to pay for. It will just avoid further hassles for me. :no:
If its ok for all i can ship it today itself. So let me know asap.
And to those who made me change my shipping rate from 200 to 100, i guess my approximation was right :| .

thats a pretty long way to go ATM. I dont know if it is feasible now.
I will have to ask them, they need to agree, gotta transfer the stuff to them.
That's more running about for me, for them. TNT is across my bldg.

so which one is it? you checking alternates or TNT it is? By the way, just 1 suggestion: please try a different DTDC office? Cos these things vary from franchisee to franchisee. the one near my place never has a problem sending electronic parts, including HDDs and graphics cards 
Only thing is sometimes the rates vary between 160 to 200 depending on whos sitting at the counter

id say tnt anyways, being my first GO i dont wanna risk anything.
As for other dtdc office's, i will have to find out their locations, but again, shipping via dtdc will be at receivers risk .

(say, by tomorrow) everyone likes to save money else if it cant work ,just ship it by tnt, we leave it to you. So, if rahul can help quick enough, then rahul, else TNT FTW
