shipping charges of Rs 120/- is for one watch or two ? I am from new delhi and need to know how much to deposit for 2 watches. Is it Rs 2520/- or Rs 2640/- ?

Shipping charges are constant (as it will be around 500 grams only, including the packing, even for 2 or 4 watches). You need not multiply the shipping charges.

I can't do NEFT transfer. What other options do I have?

I am not sure if SBI charges any fee for outstation deposits, anyway as an exception, you can do the cash deposit.

The transaction number can be found in your account's online statement. It's usually the first number (alphanumeric actually) in the details/reference no. section of that statement!
