That's correct. All Batman needs is preparation time. In "Tower Of Babel", he had deviced plans to track and kill every single JLA member incase they turned hostile, even Supes. With a little bit of planning, he should have no problem killing Goku as he can be attacked and killed if attacked at molecular level (Goku was killed in the alternate future because of a heart disease he acquired).
