Google accounts asking for sign in again

On my relative's device
No login attempt as checked on Google's account page.
It came one by one 4 times.

If it's a common name and email address say like Amit Singh or something like that then it's just likely someone with a new phone is trying to register for your email id and triggering recovery options when they are unable.
