The project allows you to virtually tour 132 historic sites in 18 countries. Sites include Stonehenge, Pompei, Shark Bay in Australia, Yosemite National Park and the palace at Versailles.
From the World Wonders page , one can choose to tour a place by location or by theme
Once u click explore on a site , you can " walk around" using Google's Street View technology . Various other information related to the site is also available . For some sites 3D view of the locale , videos and photos are also available .
