Got a pair of turtles..what do I feed them ?

We get them here for Rs.600.00 pair.......

What kind of habitat have your created for it?

It will eat small size fishes..... ask for feeder fish at the local pet shop..............

Dont keep them in an aquarium with ur fishes if you are doing it...

It will eventually die................

those are RES, Red-eared slider - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
completely legal, they are bred in SG and smuggled in India so the LFS here think they are singaporean :rofl:

just give them a big enough aquarium, and always have a submersible heater in winter and rainy season. Have a strong (60-80w) source of light for atleast 5-7 hours for their basking. a place out of the water for them to come out and bask.
my 3 RES are in a 5x2x2ft aquarium.

yeah turtles are very tasty, I had 1-2 and had them for dinner yum....
but one even bit my finger, it hurt really bad...
btw you can feed it boiled rice, but make sure you consult a vet as well, or they may pass away soon without proper care. (also turtle eggs are awesome too, very tasty)
