GT5 to Offer Race Mods, Aero Parts

The first is – hopefully – aero parts like front and back bumpers and side skirts and the one on the right looks like it’s racing modifications.

The former would give GT 5 some much needed customisation aspects, because although we’re not getting a full livery editor (unless Polyphony really do have one hell of secret up their sleeves) it would be nice to have some way of differentiating our cars.

And the latter, racing mods, that hasn’t been seen en masse since Gran Turismo 2 – the option to race spec our vehicles is very welcome indeed. Let’s hope both pan out the way we want them to when the game launches in the first week of November. Yep, GT 5 is nearly here…

GT5 is gonna knock the socks off Forza this November.
They have so much to offer this time, no other Racing Game is gonna beat it for long long time....also they have started partial works on GT6 :clap:

^^ why this uncalled for comparison with forza .....forza had its time GT5 will have its.....are are you afraid it wont be good compaired to an year old forza 3 !!

forza 3 was great ...and gt5 is expected to be great

well its good to know that now finally its costomizable ...great for online play!

Gran Turismo 5's Course Maker demonstrated in video

new video of Gran Turismo 5's "Course Maker" mode, found on Gamestop's official listing for the upcoming title. Rather than have you creating and assembling every piece of a created course, the Course Maker instead uses a number of various settings for input (like how many sections a track should have, its longest straight and a target time), and then assembles those factors into a custom-made course for you.

Once a course is made, you can then do a test drive around it, or even name and save it for play later on. You'll note that this version of the Course Maker looks different from this older screenshot, with the notable difference that players might not be able to create point-to-point races. But don't panic just yet, GT fans -- this is just a few seconds of gameplay, not necessarily indicative of the features of the finished game.

DAMN, but that does not look that good, i mean its not HD but still the colors are not real!!

@dinjo...it will require...FW update...but dunno..what wud be the ORiginal Size of the Game :D

E 'confirmed! After exhausting the telenovela on the release of Gran Turismo 5, we finally managed to get their hands on official dates out.

In the U.S. it plans to sell 27 November 2010, presumably for Black Friday, which falls on November 26, or pre-Christmas purchases. While in Italy have received official confirmation from the chains Rush Game and Gamestop that the sale of Gran Turismo 5 is scheduled for November 30, 2010. Ladies and gentleman, start your engines!

Just 8 days left , can't wait to get my CE copy. :D

GT5 has been leaked in UAE , street date broken yet again there , might as well force Milestone to release it here sooner as well :D

Andy, good news for you I guess. I'm not even remotely interested in this game, but would like to see how it turns out after all this hype.

Yeah...its leaked...but didn't picked up the game, coz m having leave since Monday to Saturday (Eid Holidays+Weekends) so no PS3...only roaming outside :p

Will pick up the game probably on Fri/Sat ;)
