Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market ?

You can buy second hand 4870 1GB/GTX 260 C216. 4870 is power hog @ idle.

HD 5750 looks to be the ideal card for casual gaming, power saving. 7.5-8k~

no 2nd hand card man ...

and i am on strict budget i.e 6.5-7k

watz the price of 5750 ?? and its 128 bit i guess !!!

Does it matter in gaming ???

7.5k~, good replacement for HD 4850/GTS 250, DX11 and lower power consumption.

The main thing to look at is overall performance, number of bits in the memory bus alone is pretty meaningless, with the GDDR5, 128bit is much less of a issue like it used to be. As long as you see benchmarks and know what you'll be getting, it shouldn't matter what bit it is.

Save some money and go for 5750 :P

I think GTS 250 512 MB version might fit in ur budget around 6.6k
Agreed, ATI Radeon 5750 HD appears to be the correct choice.

gts 250 512 mb version is enough for a 22" ...but it lacks dx11... mod gave u a good idea..u can grab a good second hand card for 7k or 5k ... or just start a WTB thread for a used 5750 / gts 250 ..

Well a 128-Bit card wont be enought for a 22" screen. You should consider getting a 260, it just lacks in DX11, rest all it has, and will perform better than a 5750 at FULL HD.

Exactly, if you have your budget at 7k, i would definitely advise to get a 5750. It will be worth the 200 rupees spent extra in the long run...

-10 for GTS250

Dont suggest that card, a few months back it was a good proposition, now given it consumes nearly HD5850 like power and performs HD5770(lesser), it's not at all recommended.
