GTA4 launches midnight, which is just 4 hours from now, got it pre-ordered, I'll be there right there when it launches.

Then link your PSN ID/Gamertag with it. Your stats in GTA will be uploaded there, has some neat stuff like showing what playlists you listen to ingame using the ZIT request a song feature. Also, your name will be inducted into the 100% completion club once you do it. If you complete it within 7days you even win prizes.
 
Just got it. The perfect 10's this game got from GS and IGN is justified. GTA4 definitely adds in a whole new level of realism, doesn't feel that cartoonish feel anymore, love the physics in this game. I've only just played it for 15 mins and fantastic.

Everybody with PS3/X360, get this now!
 
Anyone know what the "exclusive" X360 content is? I'd certainly be interested in knowing whether it is worth the 50 million MS paid for it...

I got it this morning, got upto the mission with that jamaican. Will have to go to work in a minute tho, :( very unhappy, and around the area i live in, the electricity keeps going off, soo its not been a very good day for me, only good point is i got GTA 4:)

Its very different to the prievious GTA's but in most ways its a lot better there are a couple of things that i dont like about the game play, especially the new control system, i liked the classic one better, so i changed it back:P

Anyways this game has been worth the anticipation and it truely does deserve the critic score 10/10, i love it, its unique ,amazing, and it just feels so good to be playing a GTA again, its not as animated as before and i love it:P:)

The physics are untrue aswell, its unbelieveable how gaming has evolved since the 16-bit mega drive and the first GTA, Gaming and Graphics have grown imensely in the past 2 decades, and eventually later on the far future there will be gaming consoles that we can put ourselves into, and i mean like VR (Virtual Reality), not some of the stuff thats around nowadays, but something much more high tech.

Anyways i have to shoot now guys, Oh and BTW Hello, i havent been online in ages, :) I'll be back on later tonight :P cya guys and girls:).

lol doubt it, i live in the UK where are you from??

but on a serious note, try your best to get your hands on this game, even if it does mean robbing a buddy or someone you know:)

its worth it.
 
I would kill for GTA IV + PS3:death: .Luckily one of my friends will be getting his soon so will camp out there...:hap2:
 
Guys, I'm going to be playing GTA4 so I'll be skipping out on the promised preview - believe me its all better if you guys find this out for yourself.

INSTEAD, all of us who have GTA4 post about the most interesting stuff we find cruising around in this thread

1. I just found out you can dial 911 on your cell phone, then even call the paramedics from there.

2. Status of Liberty is now called Status Of Happiness.

3. There's an insane amount of TV footage in this game. Just find a TV whereever you are staying and turn it on, there are channels and programs. I just got done watching 30 mins of extremely hilarious talk shows and a parody of 24 (the series).

4. This game is also a "dating simulator" now, the girlfriend system has been worked upon and much better than GTA SA.

5. On CNT (TV channel in the game), there's a cartoon show that parodies Master Chief.

6. Make quick money :

ATM Exploit :

Go to an ATM, then cause a traffic jam to the area. Wait for someone to take money from the ATM, then kill him or her. Make sure to block any nearby roads so the ambulance cannot get to the murdered victim. Take the money they dropped on the ground. Then, run a short distance away, and go back. The money should have respawned on the ground. You can repeat this as many times as desired

7. Go with your friend/girlfriend to a bar, you're in for a drunken GTA experience after that.

8. Beating Heart of Statue of Happiness :

Fly in a helicopter to the statue of happiness and land on the statue climb down and you will find a doorway that says "NO HIDDEN CONTENT HERE" walk into the door in the room there is a ladder climb it and get to the top and there is a hudge beating heart inside the statue.

9. There's an O.G. Loc album CD and a sex toy from GTA SA in the Old Casino in some rubble.

Macone, and all others that have GTA4 lets make this list longer!

Also, the sixaxis has been used extremely well in this game, infact this is the first time I think I will actually use sixaxis for the entirety of the game.
