I recently happened to notice that when the compressor of our fridge kicks in, the Samsung LCD flickers for an instant i.e. goes off and resumes itself in less than a second. The LCD is connected to a Belkin 8-way surge protector. We never faced this issue in our previous residence however. The only difference here being the MX surge protector instead of the Belkin one.
I am assuming in the long run, this might do some damage to the display. Can a voltage stabiliser resolve this flickering problem? Many TIA.
