25K+ help in buying a phone by december

using samsung galaxy s2 which hangs a lot. when i remove my battery n restart, the battery gets used up. say if my phone had hanged at 80% battery, when i remove the battery and restart the battery gets drained to 30%. fed up of this.

need a good, smooth phone. no dual sim required. i DO NOT need a good camera.
i need to use phone only for calls, and for whatsapp.

please suggest me a good phone which has a super battery and which doesn't heat up and which doesn't hang.
battery life should be good enuf to support heavy whatsapp usage and 3g/internet usage and shouldn't hang or heat the phone.

Why do you really want to spend that much on a phone just to whatsapp and Call???

Get any android one and be happy.

Sony Z3 Compact. Best battery among any phone out there and has flagship specs. My brother uses one for HEAVY whatsapp usage on 3G and he gets over 6 hours of Screen on time with every possible sensor and location tracking option enabled.

For moderate users, it should easily last 2 days.

Here is my suggestion based on your requirement in preferential order -
OnePlus One (22k)> LG G2 (27k) > HTC One E8 (30k) > LG G3/HTC OneM8/ Xperia Z2 (36k)

Stay away from Lenovo. Great Specs but very bad performance + low resale value.
Don't ignore LG's for its brand value, G2 and G3 are their flagship phone and awesome in performance and built quality + Upgradable to Android Lollipop.
