Graphic Cards Is it worth it to buy 9070xt now?

I hope 9060XT 16GB is under 40k with at least 7700XT like raster performance, will have better RT performance & obviously FSR4.
Still they should lower the prices.. if they do it then nvidia may follow the trend too? Price adjustment will be the biggest comeback for AMD, but sadly nowadays companies are more focused on corporate consumers rather than gamers..

Nvidia wont lol, and for people who think AMD is some kind of gamer messiah, remember Covid and AMD doing nothing to stop scalping, just like Nvidia. None of these companies are your friend

The best bet would be to get something when prices come down to a sensible level, if at all.

yep or go second hand, I doubt prices are gonna be coming down anytime soon, reason why both AMD and Nvidia are pushing prices/giving low vram is to create a gap between their consumer GPUs and enterprise AI GPUs, and we gamers are ****ed in the middle

And nvidreedia is releasing both 8GB & 16GB versions while showing only 16GB versions during expos. Great thinking trying **** us gamers.

even at 4k, the way to look at cpu bottlenecks is to drop res, so that GPU is not bottlenecked, if the 1080p benchmarks look on par with let's say higher cpu benchmarks, then the cpu can absolutely drive the card

watch HUB/Gamers Nexus for CPU reviews, I wont suggest either of them for reviews.
P.S. if you are aiming for competitive games and really high fps, you might want to upgrade your cpu, for normal AAA, it'll be absolutely fine, I remember seeing 7900xtx + 7600x builds, if that worked, 9070xt will be a breeze
Speaking of which, I later watched benchmarks with the 7600x and found out it still delivers good performance (paired with even a 4090 at 1080p) with decent 1% lows. Those benchmarks I saw were from both the Steves and I selected CPU intensive games just to see how far it could stretch.
$699 9070XT starts at 70k in India (talking about real US price)
$470 5060Ti is 46k or so in India
$299 5060 is 30k here

Since AMD has undercut Nvidia by pricing 9060XT 16GB at $350, I made an educated guess of 40k price, still confident on it, but let's see.
That's what I expected too. 7700xt price for 7700xt performance.

how bad you think 9060xt compared to 9070xt
with time and new tech GPU prices should go down and performance should atleast remain same or go up . Its duopoly : NVD and AMD .

i believe 40-50k is a realistic price of 9070xt now . (including taxes)

its now 71k in india now- https://computechstore.in/product/asrock-rx-9070-xt-steel-legend-dark-16gb/

computechstore.in is false marketing .

it says 9070xt on google.
After clinking on link , it says 9070 . thats bad.

Maybe a bit better than half the performance of 9070XT

9070 doesn't make sense to buy considering the 9070XT is 70-71k. 9070XT's best realistic pricing is 65k, but it is selling for $700 in US, we have it for 70k, so good enough price (unless 5070Ti falls below 80k).

I somewhat agree with you. The current prices are way too high. Nvidia pulled a fast one with the 40 series, and AMD followed suit. That said, these inflated prices seem to have become the new normal, and I don't think we will return to the pre-COVID prices ever again.

That's on Google shopping; unfair to call out Computech for this. Even in your first screenshot, we can see the description below the "Computech Store" link mention "RX 9070" without XT. Google seems to be incorrectly combining multiple listings.

The cheapest 9070 XTs tend to be the ASRock Steel Legend and the Sapphire Pulse models, with the PowerColor Reaper occasionally dropping down in price. The Sapphire Pure is a bit of a mid-tier model with a mild OC, and will have a bit of a premium.

Source: Been tracking 9070, 9070 XT, and 5070 Ti prices for the last 2 months.

Speaking of prices, I'd rather compare Indian pricing to European pricing. American sales tax (which varies by each state) never reaches above 10% for PC parts. European countries have a 20% VAT rate for PC parts, which is closer to our GST i.e. 18%. German and Portuguese pricing should provide the best estimate. The 5070Ti has fallen below MSRP in the US, but not yet elsewhere from what I can infer.

Downloaded the Stellar Blade demo, and it turns out that my undervolt settings which have been stable these past few weeks across multiple games is not fully stable. The game ends up consistently crashing during the intro sequence, especially during the big ship explosion after the drop-pods are launched.

I have had to drop my voltage offset setting from -70mV → -25mV to get the game running stably. Unfortunately this also costs me about 2.5% performance on my usual Metro Exodus benchmark runs.

Also tried a game specific profile from the AMD Adrenalin. While the profile correctly sets voltage offset to -25mV when the game starts, it doesn't go back to -70mV when I exit the game... Couldn't find an obvious way to set some default non-game profile. This software definitely has it quirks.
