PC Peripherals Help in setting up a Pinnacle Anti-Glare screen

Hi all,
Does anybody have a link for setting up a pinnacle 17" Anti-Glare screen. I tried but the search comes with too many searches. Also did a modified search with site:www.pinnnaclesys.com but came up naught. This is an old Anti-glare screen. I also tried wikipedia before turning here. Any help would be appreciated.
 
It has an odd wire with a sort of clipper but what is the purpose of this clipper is a mystery to me. It has a frame & if needed can provide a pic. of a anti-glare screen.
 
that clipper is for earthing the screen ..... connect that clipper to any place in ur cabinet and u are good to go.....
