Help me decide between AXIS , YES and HSBC bank

my bro. have an old salaried acc. in axis bank opened by his previous employer but this acc. is idle since 4 yr. and has an add. of mumbai
now i will see if it could be converted to saving acc. with lucknow add. as when i tried net banking few months back they send the pass. on mumbai add. and its a mess to find out old numbers and get in touch with the company
anyways after so many complains i could not use my net banking so finally left that account with just 500~600rs and never bothered calling them again
