I am selling my main pc but i am still confused so i will start with the GPU.

I have multiple GPUs and i am thinking to sell one of mine that was being used for display. It is MSI Radeon Rx 6600 Xt Gaming X 8G Graphic Card https://www.msi.com/Graphics-Card/Radeon-RX-6600-XT-GAMING-X-8G

The GPU is being used as idle display with 12400f in my main pc from July 2023. No Gaming or editing has been done so it is +AAA 5/5 as it has been kept carefully. When i say display means only used for display, browsing, watching content. Not a single editing or heavy work as i only do website coding. I don't even game, i bought it for hackintosh only.

What would be the reasonable resale value? I want to list it for sale but i want to make sure if someone show interest. I will downgrade to Asus Rx 6600.

Hi.
Considering its condition, the maximum price you could get is 15k. If its warranty has expired, you might get even lower than that. Sorry to say this, but in the used market, the prices are as such. Even my friend who bought a 3060 at 60k during the post-COVID era, when he recently sold his card, all he got was 14k. This applies to other parts of your PC too except for SSD (considering it is a Gen 3/4 and has 100% health). Anyways good luck with sales.

that's a huge price drop. can't sell at huge loss. would be better to keep it.

Why did you think that selling 6600xt and buying 6600 would make any sense. At best you could buy a used 6600 and get some small money while potentially swapping with a card that has been used a lot more.
If you really dont need gpu and have integrated gfx, then ok. Else no point.
No one will pay covid prices today. 7600 i think will be a slightly better buy than 6600xt and that one is available new for around 21k.

Most people selling gpus that they bought will be selling at a 'loss'. Its not really a loss because it got used, and usually you sell to get something better instead as new gens come up.
I bought mine for around 60k and if i sell today, it might go for around 30k at best - and that is in a market where progress has slowed down. Else it would be even lower.

Used gpus get compared to new ones in performance/features + some healthy discount as warranty will be lower and eventual failure might happen sooner vs new.

i already have rx 6600. i will keep the rx 6600 xt.

Why do you have 2 when you dont game ? In that case just keep the one that is in best condition and sell the other. If similar then sell 6600xt, loss is meaningless here, its more of an emotional response.
If you have integrated graphics on your cpu then try to run pc without gpu. If it works, sell both since you dont need gpu.
