since everyone is throwing in crazy ideas...
Build a great trojan or spread a virus that is not detected - creating a large botnet, or gain access to a large number of credit card numbers. Then hang out on shady IRC servers and announce your shady exploits, you will probably be invited and they will probably pay for your transport and stay as well.
 
If you are really serious about moving to Russia, the best way is to become an English teacher. You will have to be a graduate and have a formal English teaching qualification, such as CELTA or CertTESOL. These are very hard courses to pass, but if you do manage that level of English proficiency, you will not have trouble finding a job in Russia, or for that matter - anywhere!

Btw a simple google search answered 30% of the querry by me...But if u serious than why dont u do further research on line
