The igpu setting panel will have an option to enable HDR mode.Unfortunately, I am able to see only the 3D settings sub-menu. The "Display", "Stereo 3D" and "Video" menus are missing. Apparently it's a common issue in Win 10 and 11 :-(
Unfortunately windows cannot auto switch to HDR on detection of HDR playback.. And the OS UI is rendered in 8bit only so everything will look completely weird and washed out when you change it.
However, HDR videos will play back in 10 bit subsequently.
You should however be able create a script to enable HDR on detection of video playback
PS; I just checked the specs for your laptop display. seem to be limited to 400 nits or so which wont be enough for good HDR playback , especially in scenes with high white coverage.
Howeverit has great color volume.. and specular highlights etc in most scenes should look quite a bit better than SDR so worth trying
