I got a decent offer for an 1 yr old used but under additional 1 year warranty HP N215TU model.

Its specs>:
2.6-GHz Core i5 Processor
4GB DDR3 RAM
HARDISK 500GB
Graphic card 1 GB (m not sure)
Windows 8 64 bit operating system
15.6-inch LED-lit display
Colour..black and white
Weight 2.3 Kg

So want to know if this model is worth to go for!!

Going through couple of links while searching for this model number, there is no mention of any discrete GFX card.

It's a 4th gen i5 with Intel 4400 GFX chip. If this is available for around 16-17k and fits your intended usage, its worthy.

Actually getting for 11k with that remaining warranty. I dont know about the graphics hence confused.

11k is a very good deal for a 4th gen i5. go for it if no issue in laptop.
