How much power consumed by my desktop

CPU: Core i5 2500K @ 4.30 GHz.

MOB: Z68XP-UD3R.

RAM: Gskill SNIPER 8GB 1.25 Volt.

GPU: ZOTAC 560 Ti AMP!.

HDD: WD Green 2TB & 160GB Seagate.

ODD: SONY DVDRW.

CAB: CM 690 II Advance 4*140mm & 1*120mm.

DSPLY: V2220H.

PWR: Corsair VX 550W.

UPS: APC BACK-UPS RS 1100.

Please give me approx usage power at normal time & for full details enabled game.

It will be very helpful if you provide individual power.
