Ok,
I Am Really Impressed Logitech Z906 Which Is Way More Than My Budget But I can buy if it is worth it
I Can Connect It To HD STB Via Optical Output and watch tv in 5.1 audio
But The Problem Is I Want To Watch FHD Movies Through USB For Which I Have To Buy A Dvd Player With USB Drive...
But All The Dvd players I Saw Had Analog Audio Output

Is There Any Device Which Can Convert Analog Audio Output To Digital Output ?
Should I Buy Z906 Going Above My Budget ? Is It Worth It ??

Why dont you get a HTIB, I would recommend the YHT 299, slightly above the Z906, but totally worth as you would be able connect multiple devices, and if your TV supports ARC, you should get HD audio through your USB movie play back as well, worse case get the WD media player if you dont have ARC. But, with the HTIB you can easily switch between devices and have a well calibrated system. There are models cheaper than the YHT 299 as well, but I would recommend the former, since it hits the sweet-spot.

But I Am Not Able To Understand How Will I Connect Them To Get True 5.1 Surround Sound Experience
My Led Tv Has Only 3.5mm Audio Out Which I Believe Will Only Give Me Stereo Output
Please Help Me Figuring Out This Problem..
