How to get EDGE working on BB without paying a premium ?

Hey guys ,
Is there a hack or something available to get my BB 8520 to surf the www using the standarf Airtel Plan of 60p/100kb ? Currently as per the airtel CC, I have to pay Rs899 / month which gives me unlimited Internet, Messaging and e-mail.
I used to have the Nokia 5230 and I used to pay Rs 99 for airtel 2GB and Rs 95 for 15k sms . month.
