Audio How to go about RMA for a pair of SoundMAGIC PL-30 earphones?

Just like the thread states need help in the RMA of a pair of SoundMAGIC earphones after ~6 months of usage one of the channels [left channel] is no longer giving any audio output, this is bad because I had grown to like these earphones and had just post-poned buying a replacement, but now need guidance on ths topic.

Earphones were purchased from --

Golccha Inter-trade, S.P. Road, Bangalore.

Why dont you try to get the replacement from Golccha otherwise you will have to ship the product to mediahome and wait for many days.

Excuse me Sire, but how long will it take you to process the RMA + how do I send it to you [with the xerox of purchase invoice, the whole kit OR just the earphones].
