How to remotely access my PC via Android?

I use Sunshine + Moonlight combo along with Tailscale to stream games from my PC to my phone. You can control your whole PC using this setup. Just search on YouTube and you'll find many tutorials - its very easy to setup and won't take more than 10 mins.

I recommend using UltraViewer. Simply create a custom password and ensure the UltraViewer client remains running on your laptop.

Same. I use TeamViewer to control my PC through my Android all the time. Wondering if it's a very niche use case not supported by TeamViewer.

Currently using Rustdesk and it works just fine. I think I can do the same with TeamViewer too.

It's quite interesting and simple actually. You create a free account, install the clients on all your devices (pc, phone, etc.) and when you sign in to the said account on each of these devices (nodes), they can access each other as if they are on a common LAN (referred as a tailnet), but over the internet, from anywhere in the world! There are some limitations to the free account, but it is enough for personal use.

In your case, you can enable the webui of your torrent client and once you connect to your tailnet, the web ui should be accessible from your other node's browser.

This is a better way to manage something like a torrent client since other screen sharing solutions can be challenging to use on a small screen device like a phone.
