Considering there is no warranty the price is not quite justified.
People know what it costs when bought directly from china

I agree with you but its not imported Chinese stuff
Its USA stuff which has passed all quality controls
So no issues of disconnections and other problems

whose datacard stopped working ever till you broke it with mishandling
or played with firmware updates
It has testing warranty
whoever wants can test it to as much as he likes
if he finds even one issues i will give full amount back
What you are getting is stable product
instead of one being locally sold on ebay , imported from China , unlocked in India and firmware updated
People have purchased from ebay also and faced issues
Price is according keeping present market prices and product condition in mind
So i feel its correct price
