Hypocrisy of Firefox [Mozilla Corporation]

Mozilla is going to collect a lot more data from Firefox users:
"When you upload or input information through Firefox, you hereby grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to help you navigate, experience, and interact with online content as you indicate with your use of Firefox."

So basically it is on par with chrome and edge..

Doubts that it's going to be worse and more tone deaf. Don't know what they are thinking about themselves.
As a person who monitored this project from it's inception, used it from alpha stage and pushed it to any system I touched, give kind of mental ache seeing the current state of affairs.
Not just FF, but OSS in general is getting rotten with selfish exploiters.

Every single day in OSS world now exist to remind Richard Stallman was right :(

If firefox falls prey to this, more and more browser apps will join or be bought, it's just a matter of time.
I am sure we will run out of options for privacy sooner or later.
