I didn't receive the GPU so it's of no use to me. I can't verify any details. If the serial number was right or not. etc. This is the shops website: https://bigmarttraders.business.site/?utm_source=gmb&utm_medium=referral
@Ir0nMerc contact them and mail them the invoice for verification purpose.
I have his address and we can also get the address from any TE seller who sold some items to him.@Ir0nMerc do contact shiprocket. Give them the tracking number and request them for the shipping label. I think seller entered a wrong or inadequate address for you purposefully. You'll also get his address on it. Post it here.
You not getting it. Tell them that someone is selling a used gpu on this bill & ask if its a genuine one or not by verifying in their database. If they ask for owner details give them sellers info.I didn't receive the GPU so it's of no use to me. I can't verify any details. If the serial number was right or not. etc.
I am thinking... why would he fake only number and not the whole invoice if he has to fake it. If that's the case then the shop owner will deny any bill on that name. No?You not getting it. Tell them that someone is selling a used gpu on this bill & ask if its a genuine one or not by verifying in their database. If they ask for owner details give them sellers info.
If you are thinking to file a case then this will act as an strong evidence.
Ridiculous. Typical weasel clause. Why not ask the sender to choose how much coverage is based on what they think the value is. Too much overhead so they decided to do away with it.I just went through the fine print of shiprocket T&C for insurance and it clearly states second hand items won't qualify for insurance.....
If the invoice does not match brand new price they reject saying its in their T's & C'salso just my one take for insurance on shiprocket....i would say that insure the item for price of new always as it is in market.
Get the address he entered for you. My guess is, he entered wrong address from the start. He shipped the wind chimes expecting it won't really reach you.I have his address and we can also get the address from any TE seller who sold some items to him.
I think the seller knew everything and tried to scam here, When he received the package back how could he not know that it was opened and repacked? The sad part of this deal is how he wasted buyers time and kept his hope alive for refund.
P.S. Once I had a bad deal but both of us acted maturely and it was an experience I would like to share even now. here is it what I am talking about https://techenclave.com/threads/cor...ws-2x8gb-wd-4tb-purple-hd.197088/post-2268465
Yes, that's possible. I could not see his profile anymore otherwise I would have contacted some sellers to verify his address. Sellers he both the item from.Get the address he entered for you. My guess is, he entered wrong address from the start.
Unless he can prove it otherwise, I am assuming whatever he sent in the package, he got it back.He shipped the wind chimes expecting it won't really reach you.

I wouldn't completely push the blame on Shiprocket. The thing is Shiprocket was started to help small ecom sites (startups) who doesn't have large number of orders and so they can't afford to get in contract with big courier companies. Shiprocket has specifically mentioned it that they don't offer services for used/2nd hand products. The moral of the this unfortunate story is Do Not use Shiprocket.
Yep. I will do that. Thanks.Ask admins for help now. He's banned here.
Those packages look different, the former have lot more protection then the first. I doubt these are the same. Now the question arise when he received the product did he record a video of unboxing? If he did then he knew that there is something wrong because you don't record video unless you are not sure of the package that you packed few days back.View attachment 158036
Left is the picture he sent me that I have packed the GPU and waiting for pickup. Right is the one he claim he received it back.
I don't know how stupid a person has to be, to not know that both the packages are different and he should not have accepted it. That's why I said earlier that I can't comment on authenticity of the unboxing video of returned package.
I think it's safe to assume that he didn't send the GPU at all.

Yes but the key question is what does your invoice say -Greetings to all. Back in August, I did buy a GPU from the seller. However, in my experience, I encountered no obstacles. The deal went smoothly, and I got the card as promised.
Courier companies rarely mention accurate weight as far as i know.did the original courier receipt have weight printed? & is that weight match with Graphic Card?
They will charge you only after checking the weight so for me its always accurateCourier companies rarely mention accurate weight as far as i know.
It also can be possible that the seller never packed any gpu inside if he had cruel intentions..Courier companies rarely mention accurate weight as far as i know.
Anyway, shocking thread and disturbing behavior from TE member/ seller of the product.
OP, pl confirm address for the courier. If wrong or incomplete address was given then it swings needle to wrong intentions of seller ( which i doubt would be the case. And i hope TE member wouldnt go such a low level of conspiring to con another member).
Yeah, while booking it gives option to enter package dimensions to ascertain volumetric rate. Minor difference is accepted but anything major then additional charges get levied..They will charge you only after checking the weight so for me its always accurate
Ofcourse they check the weight. But rarely bother to mention accurate details on the receipt. e.g. if weight is 0.4 kg and their minimum wt category is say 1kg then they often mention 1kg only. Dont know about concerned courier company though. They will charge you only after checking the weight so for me its always accurate
I highly doubt it, considering good track record of said member (if at all it was the case, i havent checked it), otherwise it would be grave conspiracy with wrong intentions. It also can be possible that the seller never packed any gpu inside if he had cruel intentions..
