i7930 4.4 ghz HELP REQUIRED!

I've gt my I7 930 @ 4.2 ghz stable and the max temp it hits is around 70...So now i want to reach da 4.4 ghz mark, but it bsods on startup...Here are my current settings>

provide more details like Ram make and model and mobo.
for normal rams (assuming the rams to be rated at 1600), the timings are too tight.
 
Not all motherboards can do 220Bclk which you are trying to achieve, If the motherboard can do 220Bclk, then you need to see if your ram can do 6-7-6-18 @ 1760 Mhz. If both these have been looked into then you need to pass much more volts to , CPU Voltage and QPI-Dram Voltage.

The ram is GSKILL Trident and is rated at 9-9-9-24 @2000mhz....so I dont think that timing is an issue...Anyways, have a quick look at whole of the specs>

CPU: i7 930@4.2ghz with HT on (1.312 vcore)

CPU Cooler: Corsair H70 push/pull with xigmatek XLFs

Motherboard: Asus P6X58D Premium

Graphics Card: MSI GTX 580 Twin Frozr II @ 850/1700/2100

Memory: Gskill trident 6gb ddr3 1600mhz @ 6-7-6-20

Hard disk: Seagate barracuda 1TB 7200rpm & WD Caviar Blue 320GB

Power Supply: Corsair HX750

Case: Cooler Master Cosmos S with 7 xigmatek XLF fans(blue)

Sound Card: Asus Xonar DX

Not all boards will to 220 bclk...

Also your IMC might be crapping out @ 4.4ghz... chances are those ram timings might a little too tight for those speeds/volts.

you have to have really good hypers for those timings ( kits rated for 7-7-7-20 or 8-8-8-24@ 2000 might pull those timings off) and even then you might might need up to 1.66-1.68VDIMM and over 1.35v Qpi/vtt

Well, Ive been stable at these timings and 4.2 ghz for 6 hrs of prime 95 (Blend test)....So yet again I'd say that the ram timings is not a problem. BTW my ram is rated at 1.64V...so do you really think that my dram bus voltage should exceed this limit?
 
OK .. maybe the ram is ok at 1760 @ 4.2.. but that will also go up as you raise bclk. so lets try 8-8-8-24 to eliminate the ram and get the cpu stable.

Try PCI-E frequency from 101-105 and see if that helps any

also try this

CPU Voltage - 1.3500 ----- set this to 1.4 and see if you get boot .. then reduce/fine tune :)

CPU PLL Voltage - 1.8600

QPI-Dram Voltage - 1.3000 -------------- try from 1.35 to 1.42

IOH Voltage - 1.2500------------------ reduce this to 1.20 odd

IOH PCIE Voltage - 1.6000

ICH Voltage- 1.11341------------- bump this to 1.15

ICH PCIE voltage - 1.51106

DRAM Bus Voltage - 1.6400 ------- set 1.656 in bois :)
