Dont think there was ever a choice, the ones mentioned in the first post, CL4 @ 800Mhz were the only ones GO'd. I got mine yesterday and they were 800Mhz.

They easily do 900Mhz, infact I never even had a problem with trial and error, I tried 900 @ 2.0 in the first go and they ran perfectly well.
