they dont come in plastic boxes any more. i think layer of thick thermocol on all side should have been a much better idea , i even mentioned it in some previous post. phoenix try slip it through RMA , if you can.
 
Yeah, thats what I discussed with Phe0nix when I had been to his place to pick up the stuff. Some foamy stuff might've prevented this from happening.
 
Anybody else having speed/ bad sector probs with the 500GBs, pls send it back with a scanned copy of the bill asap. It seems the particular batch MIGHT be bad. Shipping charges will be adjusted. PM me for shipping address if needed. Sorry fo the inconvenience to all of u.
 
I have recieved wrong tracking no, its something dated 18/30th Jan, and from Bangalore, still not delivered, :), can i have the no. again plz.

@thebanik, PMing u. Tracking shows house was locked during delivery dated 7th May, so u might try contacting the local Firstflight office
 
Hey guys, have talked with the guy , all of the Disks will ge treplaced...i lashed a bit about the lot being bad , and to give us some discount in the next lot :P.so please send me ur HDDs soon , and sorry for the inconvenience....
