Review ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill payment Failure

Same shit happened to me today, the SBI netbanking page in the imobile app showed a successful transaction (and amount debit reflects correctly on my SBI account statement) but Imobile displayed an error, now money is stuck in limbo. Made another payment of minimum amount from phonepe, reflected instantly.

SBI App & its Netbanking are one of the shitiest apps now. My wife who works in Central Govt. has SBI Salary Account but she never uses it. I used to have ICICI Salary Account and I used to use its Netbanking regularly in 2020 but nowadays we always use UPI mostly to pay our bills like Electricity, Internet, Water, House taxes, Petrol Expenses, LIC Premiums, Vehicle Insurance. All are paid via UPI nowadays. We get instant receipts both from the vendors & UPI app. So we can save them.

Resolved itself after 3-4 days, payment started reflecting in the cc statement.
