India retain their status as "most unpredictable team ever". Still, this is exactly what they needed going into their match with SriLanka.

I'm feeling real sorry for those Bermuda players. But that Dwayne Leverock just rocks! That humpty dumpty fellow basically helped us break through 400 the most!

They'll get better, they're new.
 
I agree. The ads are damn annoying. They'll sometimes even cut to a break right after someone's been out which is the ultimate sin.

I also agree about Leverock. At least the camera was focusing on him a lot.

Nope that will be pakistan and west indies. Indians are just bad starters when they play overseas. Hopefully sri lankans will screw up banglas real bad and then loose to india or else the indian team will soon be back in india to watch the rest of the tournament on tata sky.
 
Records againts noobs .. as of that counts ... phew ... no offence but the last match they're defeated by Bangladesh =)) ... so logic says that even Bangladesh could do better than India's score. .. if anything is worth mentioning here is the match between SA and Australia .. now i wish that was in the WC .. dammm .. now that was a game ..
 
Hoo boy, with a bowling performance like ours I won't be surprised if the Lankans cross 300. Anwyays, good performance by the Indians. Sehwag and Agarkar might have just escaped getting lynched by a mob.

Ganguly looks in awesome form and all the abtsmen are in the runs. yuvraj and Tendulkar were magic.

bangladesh managing to beat sri lanka will do india better than anything else. in that case india will just have to make sure that they beat sri lanka without worrying abt net run rates.
 
Dhoni just had bad luck too, that catch was freakin' superb by Janeiro Tucker. If there's one thing the Bermudians might exceed India in, is catching. The Six Dhoni hit before that ball was huge!

Everyone played perfectly. They needed this to increase their net run rate in case it becomes a tie with Bangladesh, and to boost their morale against Sri Lanka.

If they lose to Sri Lanka, its over.

Ya that would do.But the chances of banglas beating lankans are quite remote.they will find murali too hot to handle:D :D

Btw, in the next match against the lankans , the indians should drop both robin and agarkar and bring in pathan and sreeshanth.
 
I think they should stick with Robin and drop Agarkar and bring in Pathan... Gives tremendous strength to batting... Also Robin has never looked tentative... It was just a awesome catch against Bermuda which Mr. Kissy Kissy took otherwise i am sure he would have also rocked there...

Also should stick with Kumble... He is an awesome bowler when it comes to bowling under pressure... And India will be under pressure when they play against Sri Lanka... And so will be Lankans :P

In all they should prepare themselves to either set an target of about 300+ odd or should prepare themselves to chase about 275 odd when they play against Lanka...

amen to that. wonder when drappal will realize that 5 specialist bowlers are a must for team india. pathan n sreesanth should definately be given a chance to prove themselves.

Yep they absolutely destroyed us in 1999 world cup...

Our batting lineup is just too awesome, get Tendulkar to open and ganguly in 2 down postion.. That guy can yet destroy any attack, our bowling is a worry though...

Yes, but that will mean India wont carry any points into super8...

which is why India and Srilanka qualifying with India beating Srilanka and srilanka tonking Bangla bad is Indias best scenario coz then they will carry crucial points into super8......

India has won 8 of the last 10 matches against Srilanka...Hope they make it 9-2.
