Indian spicy food

Indians spicy is mild compared to chinese spicy. Watch some videos on youtube from The Food Ranger channel. Everything is floating in volcanic red chilly oil there.

This is a very alarming situation. Indian government needs to do something about it. They need to call a conference and invite all the stakeholders. They need to promote plantation and discourage deforestation. They also need to regulate the factories and industries.

Is it related to the hay burning issue plaguing Delhi? Most of the cities in that list are from north-central India. I hope some govt. would try to figure out how to fix this.
