News channels are more like Nuisance channels anyway these days. The way they are going, I believe that the future looks more like the movie Idiocracy.

That actually had me Laughing out louder than anything else posted here..... They come up with such stories when there are hundreds of matters that need reporting to the public because the national broadcaster is under too much government control......I hope that the few channels that have preserved their sanity till date continue to do so....Times news , NDTV 24x7 , 9X news and NDTV hindi are the ones (IMO) that have not lost their sense yet. The non-english speaking public deserves better news than this....I hope something is done about such crap newscasting.
 
Actually these could be pretty decent people doing that for higher TRPs . In that case, maybe it's the viewers who are retarded.....or maybe nobody is .....maybe the viewers just watch it to have some good fun....
