Bangladesh played really well. The fact that some of you people are attributing India's loss entirely to their own incompetence is denial at it's best.

In any case. This only means India could go out in the first round itself. They clearly have no chance against Sri Lanka, the best asian team right now and quite possibly one of the top three teams in this tournament.

2::Rahul dravid(There is something called as aggression...u were the wall but now u are like a hole in the wall)

3::Mahendra dhoni(ohh come on u have a bright future in matrimonal ads...and gettin crores of free land and free hayya bussa which u drive all ard in bihar than why wasting time in cricket...john has left modelling u start ramp show.....ill promise ill throw some coins for your bright future)

4::Sachin tendulkar(Dude don bradmen after havin 99.96 avg never returned bak to improve his record...than after having so many records why are u still continuing if u cant deliver....having an avg of 21 in last 15 odi..with 1 century only...u never deliver on time)

5::AJit Agarkar(Well i always pity u dude...u were the dark horse...whenever u deliver u r rested..and u lose your rhythm.....but still u better play ranji and make your hometown proud rather than spending time with other losers around....frm being the fastest 50 wickets taker in odi..and fastest 50 by an indian...u still dont have a permenant place around)..

6::HArbhajan singh(I have only heard about u about that dream series where u took pointing wicket thrice on duck........but why should i forget that i have seen you been hitted by pointing for 3-4 six an over in couple of matches.....DOnt think u r murlidharan u are not even close to saqlain mustaq)

Right now i m thinking if gangully went on duck than indias score would had been worst than pakistan right na???

Sehwag is the guy who pisses me off the most. Next comes that agarkar haram khor. I can see dravid's pov on sehwag, the guy can win matches but why play with agarkar? The fruitcake has no line and length, he can't bat to save his life, what then is the reason to keep him in the team?

Harbhajan- LOL. Idiot, hes a ****ing ****ing idiot. Which smartass kept this idiot jatt in place of Kumble? Harbhajan should stick with opening his cheapass barber shops for idiotic haryanvi jatts. Cricket is not for him. Both of them can't field but at least kumble does not get hit for 6's by bangladesh.

On a positive note - Ganguly played well. We should get through to super 8s if we play well against Lanka. If we manage to lose to Bermuda, well then when these idiots return home they'll find a very pissed of animal, ME, waiting for them at IG international with enough rotten tomatoes to make anyone selling them an overnight billionaire.

The only good point about last night was the fact that Irelan thrashed Pakistan and sent them home. If only India had managed to win, I'd be the fking happiest man alive.

Lets be reasonable... Every team have their bad days... I was disappointed with few individual performances...

Firstly Mr Sehwag... He should have come down the order and Robin should have opened the batting with Ganguly...

Then i was disappointed with Agarkar... Should have stayed... Also not to forget no balls and wide balls while bowling...

On the other hand Pakistani bowling was amazing... The aggression Gul and Sami bowled with was just amazing... Pakistan was just short by 30 odd runs... Had it been Pakistan in place of India... Their bowlers would have won the match for their country...

The moral of the story... More then the batsman the bowlers should be ashamed... If they cant bowl out bangladesh for 190 odd how are they planning to bowl out Australia/South africa/Srilanka for 250 odd cause India for sure will have tough time scoring runs more then that against those countries...

In my point of view... Our bowlers let us down more then the batsman as 192 was not that bad a score against bangladesh and for that matter any other major country would have defended the target easily... Comeon how many of you were not confident of India winng when they finally managed 192 odd in the first half... Cause i for one was :|
 
the sewag ass should be kicked out of the team immediately.... also lets arrange a delhi TE meet at the IG airport with chappals, rotten eggs and rotten tomatoes....arre we have to *welcome* the team back...cos i doubt they will even be able to daefeat bermuda, leave alone srilanka...

yup agreed Bangladesh played exceptionally well but don tell us that Team India gave their best and still lost the match. If this is their best, they better return home ASAP. enough of crap experiments and enuf of bullshit coaching for the last 4 years. if they can't deliver when it matters the most, they never will. get rid of those old "work horses". if this is the result we are getting from veterans, i'll take the new horses anyday anytime. you cud see team india were over confident. talking of not taking a team like bangladesh lightly and actually not taking them lightly are different matters altogether.

yes again agreed that every team have their own share of bad days but the fact is that these bad days come too often for an experienced team like India. with a world class batting line up and a great coach, this is not what you expect to see. when indians were batting, they were unable to hit the balls beyond inner circle but when bangladeshis batted, they were dealing in fours and sixes. the wicket was fine and i'm glad that these 17-18 year old bangladeshi batsmen taught the "veterans" a few lessons on batting. :D
 
Switch is absolutely right. Personally, I think india is way too overhyped. We are starting to rely more and more on celebrity icons in the cricket team over actual talent. We have become the Brazil of the cricket world. Brazil and it's players are always overhyped to infinity prior to the world cup and then they fail to deliver when the time comes to do so.

We could learn something from Bangla. Chuck out the oldies and get more 17-18 year olds like the openers that were blasting away Zaheer's balls. India needs new blood.
 
Well its typical for us to whine about the order and roster though, but really, I still don't get the logic behind chosing R.Uthappa instead of VVS Laxman for the World Cup. Laxman gave a wonderful performance in the last World Cup, specially in the match againt Pakistan.
 
I don't understand the rationale behind that Agarkar idiot. Even Munaf Patel lookd tame but he at least picked two wickets. The bowling perfoermance against bangladesh was NOTHING compared to the performance we gave against England at the last cricket world cups.

Now India will need to beat Bermuda by around 200 runs and then go on to beat the Lankans on the 23rd to be able to qualify for the super 8's. Thats what losing to a pitiful team like Bangladesh does. Haath mey phoot kar aagay hai ab. I bet 23rd is the last we see of team India this world cup. Sehwag aur Agarkar should apply for asylum in west Indies. haram khor yaha aa gaye to sehwag ki khali bournvita ki tin usi ki ---- mey ghusa degee public.
 
to qualify, other than beating srilanka they will have to beat bermuda by a huge margin something well in excess of 100-150 runs

Agarkar has been among India's best ODI bowlers in the last 6 months...check the stats..He has been a standout...

Munaf looked lame??? cmon he bowled beautifully...Very good line n length and moved the ball either ways in tough conditions... Keep in mind pitch eased out considerably in the afternoon session...Tamim was just playing through the line in the afternoon like on Indian pitches...Bad decision by Dravid to bat first...but bangladesh played well all the same...

Bowling first will help..India can knock them over for 100 n blast the runs in 20overs...more than enuf...Again if Srilanka lose to bangladesh and India beat srilanka. 3 way tie can be avoided n runrate will not be an issue.

Bangladesh look a decent team..They r not like oth4er minnows...They have Mohammad Ashraful at number 7 in the batting lineup n he is a good player..They have some depth...Their bowling n fielding is clinical...They r no pushovers by any means and Srilanka can get the boot if Bangla hv a good day...

I saw the entire match mate. These guys did not even trouble the bangladeshis most of the time. It was a contrast to the Pak Ireland match where Irelands grit won them the game. I thought sami bowled with incredible skill in the Pak-Irl match.

I'm somehow pissed off with Agarkar. He just gives up when you need him the most. Except in one or two matches. He's consistent enough to pick up one or two wickets at the max while going for 6 runs an over. : (

We've got better I think. Pathan should be brought back. Throw Sehwag out, get Raina in, a feilder-batsman is never a bad thing. Throw harbhajan out and get kumble in.

that would be my lineup for the SL game. Against Bermuda we should probably win with ease.
