What are some of the trustworthy online shopping websites? How reasonable are they, what about the after sales support?

Books,Technology,etc stuff...

Both are trustworthy but I've no idea about their after sales service, never needed it.

rediff = indiatimes = ebay = stay away if you value peace of mind.

Of all I've used, liked Futurebazaar the most. Indiaplaza is also good.

I use eBay on a regular basis to buy legit PC, PS3 and XBOX 360 games. I buy only from reputed power sellers who have setup online shops on eBay. I regualrly get PaisaPay discount coupons and use them to get decent discounts too. As long as you buy from good sources on eBay, its quite safe.

I have ordered only once from IndiaPlaza. But my sis gets books from there regularly and its quite reliable.

As for sify, rediff and indiatimes, I have not used them my self, but I heard horror stories about them. These people are quite irresponsible and do not care what is being sold on their sites. So if you get into problems with a seller, expect no help from them.
