Import discrete electronics?

If you want to import those the big players are mouser, digikey, element14, etc and the good thing is we have semikart in india, which will order the parts for you from those big giants, clear the customs and deliver it to your door.

All you need is your product part number, search it on semikart.

i found that using alibaba was much cheaper , i needed some stm32f722RET6 mcu's mouser was charging 900+ per excluding shipping , in the end i got it shipped from alibaba 2x for 1200 total. didnt have any custom charges also and took approx 10days to deliver.

Btw can we get AliExpress stuff on Alibaba?
 
I'm thinking of importing linear rails which might be pretty heavy

It seems mouser it not allowing orders to distributers like semikart.

This is bad news. Semikart is very important to us, it allows us to import high quality original OEM components straight through them, they also clear customs for us, the process is very smooth because they are not just a regular freight forwarders, they are tuned for discrete electronics components.

I wonder why mouser did this. Digikey is working fine though, but I find mouser very special.
