indian tf2 server

huh, i am in chennai now. I envy u guys now... i can't play till 2 months... i hope TF2 is still popular when i return.
 
I will join in in a few days :D.. my Orange box is on its way. I am a regular CS1.6 player, so it wont take much time to get used to TF2 i think :D..

im getting 40 right now.
its not about ping - the server is too laggy even on small pings.
UK server with 150 pings are a lot less laggy.

I haven't faced any ping problems whenever I have played on the IGL server. But the biggest problem is that there is no one to play with. Also, it would be a lot more fun if they cycle the maps. Is it so difficult to do?
 
On sunday there was a gaming event of TF2 hosted on the IGL servers i think at 12'o clock wherein people were supposed to use only their melee attack and not there weapons. Unfortunately i was busy and was not able to participate.

lol the event was a disaster.
only 4 people were there -me , shady-v co , the admin of the indian tf2 group on steam community and supersonu.
we played for 10 minutes but the server was so laggy and due to abscence of many players - we left and the admin even posted a msg "disaster" in the group - check it out.
by the way - the server lag is now completely gone - and the server rotates maps after each round - and i am getting pings as low as 30 at the moment.

but i have seen no players come here for 2 days now.
please dont desert this server.
lets meet tomorrow at the server at 10:00 PM IST.
