"PB#: J47195-001" is silkscreened on the back of the card in the FCC photos. This device was under short-term confidentiality, but that expired 01/21/2018 ⚠.

9560NGW modules are CRF (Companion RF), not true M.2 Wi-Fi (via PCIe) + BT (via USB) cards.
They are only compatible with a system designed for the CNVi (Intel Integrated Connectivity).
9560NGW cards works only with Intel selected platform.

P.S:
MT7921 might actually be a MT7921K WiFi 6E compatible card because I can see 6Ghz Channel in device manager.
I am not sure about this maybe if someone know better then please confirm, TIA.

For the unaware, the 9560NGW modules are CRF (Companion RF), not true M.2 Wi-Fi (via PCIe) + BT (via USB) cards. As such, they are only compatible with a system designed for the CNVi (Intel Integrated Connectivity).

Regarding the MT7921 modules, they are Lenovo's Field Replacement Unit (FRU ID 5W10V25823). If you look at the corresponding FCC data, you can see that the chip does support Wi-Fi 6E, but the actual availability depends on the regional configurations.

I am interested in one of the MEDIATEK MT7921, I just have a doubt my motherboard is ASROCK SILVER LEGEND and it has a M.2 type 2230 WiFi/BT module connector , can i use this card in my motherboard.

You can get the Intel cards working under macOS, thanks to the OpenIntelWireless project. However, the performance and usability are still inferior than the native/third party Broadcom-based cards.

There's no love for any MediaTek Wi-Fi+BT chipset, so avoid them altogether for your hackintosh.
