Graphic Cards Intel D915GAV & Nvidia Geforce 9500GT compatibility issues!

Recently I brought 1GB nvidia geforce 9500 gt graphics card for my pc. But when I insert it Monitor goes on stand by mode. If I insert old graphics card its working fine.

Guys plz help me.

PC CONFIG:
P4 3.0 Ghz HT
2.5Gb DDR1 RAM at 400Mhz
Intel 915GAV MB (has one PCIe x16 slot)
450 watt PSU

I check it. Its working fine on another machine.

dude ... connect ur monitor to ur IGP port..

go to BIOS and disable ur Onboard IGP card from bios....

then connect your gfx card and connect your monitor to gfx card...

all will work fine...

Done.. but Monitor still on stand by mode.

I update bios version too.

must be a ram problem...

remove ram sticks .... clean d slots ... clean the ram ..

re-insert it .... and check ....

In that case, your PCI-E slot on your MoBo may have a problem. Try cleaning it out and then inserting the card. Also, check if your PSU is capable of supplying enough power.
